JOB TITLE: SENIOR ATE TEST ENGINEER FOR V93000 ATE SYSTEM (M/F)
We are looking for a Senior Application Engineer – V93000 ATE system. You will be working for our business partner Nash Technologies Germany.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Test program development on Advantest 93K for new ICs
- Support and work in close cooperation with Test Architects, Product Development and Product Engineering
- Based on the overall test strategy, develop test-concepts, test-programs and test-hardware for wafer- and final-test, according to the industrial requirements specification (IRS)
- Be responsible for reaching of test engineering related milestones
- Be involved in digital test pattern conversion to the tester dependent test-vectors
- Define and develop test methods and techniques
- Responsible for development of production and characterization hardware for automatic test equipment with high test coverage (wafer and final test)
- Analyze the test data and report results into the IC design teams
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Academic degree in Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Computer Science or related discipline
- Good in C++ programming, scripting skills and experience with Linux
- Expert knowledge in semiconductor testing domain and ATE test program development
- 5+ years of experience with Advantest V93000 or equivalent platforms
- Hands-on experience in hardware development or load-board design is a benefit
- Reliable, professional, strong teamwork skills, well-structured and analytic work approach
- Proven experience as technical project lead is a strong benefit
- Result and customer oriented, ability to work under pressure
